Delivery Charges

This charge is calculated automatically based on weight and shown to you during check out.

Delivery Timeframe – Stock Items

Where you have ordered a stock item (located in our warehouse) we aim to dispatch these within 1-2 business days.

All NZ orders are sent via NZ Post and will be received within 2-3 business days. Deliveries to regional or rural areas may take longer than stated 2-3 business days.

For international orders please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Delivery Timeframe – Pre-orders

Pre-order items will take approximately 6 weeks from the shop window close date to manufacture, and approximately another week to ship to you. 

Any orders containing a mix of pre-order and stock items, will be sent together when the entire order is ready.

Dispatch Notifications

Once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email notification with tracking attached. Paladin cannot amend delivery location or redirect your order after it has been dispatched. 

Signature is required on delivery. If you are not available to receive your parcel, you will receive a calling card with the post office location where you can pick up your order. Delivery options can be updated with NZ Post directly.
